One of the problems that I've found with Rappelz is that there aren't very many good sources of information, and a lot of Google searches will send you to pages that still deal with the E3 Rappelz which is substantially different from how it is in E4. The following are some sites that I found had useful information that seems to still be accurate. Add any links of your own that you think are high-quality.
Official site - the official site has some information on it, but a lot of it doesn't seem to be terribly useful or relevant. Its main focus seems to be advertising. This is a good place to go for official news, though.
Official forums - Someone, somewhere on the forums probably has the answer to your questions. You are only hearing from players, though, so a lot of it can simply be them repeating something that they heard from another player.
Alizarin HQ - This site seems to have some of the best information out there. The only problem is that it's still missing a lot. All first job skills are there, though, as well as the first evolution of most pets.
Wikipedia article - It's a wiki so not entirely trustworthy, but there's a lot of quick information in one place.
Rappelz map - Google maps style map. You can use it to get a better view of the world and find random NPC's.
Rappelz Original Soundtrack - The soundtrack to rappelz, straight from the Korean website in a .zip form File is 30 megs
