Temp GuildLeader Guide

Well, this guide is for everyone who will take up the task of being temporary guild leader at MythicalHeroes. It will contain all the information you'll need to know (eventually)

Day-to-day basis

Log in, check number of people online, if people are missing from previous day, find out by going through guildlist/asking around. If it's a main missing, contact them to find out what was wrong and seek ways to improve.

Be the one who makes parties - make a dp, invite guildies and others when you want to dp. Don't just shout LFDP, unless there's really nobody around your level.

Play alts too - to get to know the guildies better. Playing with them is the best way to know them better. It's great for communication, AND it's great for practicing teamwork.

Recruiting - I typically would only recruit from DPs and people I meet while farming, or trading. However, you may have noticed I also shout. I do not shout with the intention to recruit, I shout to make sure people know we're there. Once we're in their minds, a few days later asking them to join the guild would be easier.

Have fun! - just have fun, chat, laugh, play, enjoy the game, it IS a game after all =)

Some commands you'll need to know:
/ginvite invite to guild
/gkick kick from guild

TA/Siege

As the alliance leader, you'll be responsible for making the parties for TA and sieges. For TAs, you are also responsible for entering the dungeon to teleport everyone else in. When you apply for a TA, and you enter the dungeon, everyone in your TA parties will be teleported in, and everyone added after cannot go in. This means you must wait until you have everybody ready before running into the dungeon.

Making a party: /screate NAME OF PARTY - this will make a party for yourself, a box will pop up, showing you how many slots are available for other parties.

Making someone else the party leader: /sinvite_gp NAME OF PLAYER - this will make that person into a siege/TA party leader, it's up to them to invite people for their party

For TAs, have everything prepared 30 minutes before going in.

For siege, have everything prepared 1 hour before going in. During this one hour wait, consult with other guild leaders to try to get as many people to come as possible. It typically takes 45 minutes for everyone to show up. That leaves 15 minutes for you to come up with a plan for attack/defense.
